The latest issue of People Management (November 2018) features one of my latest articles on positive goal-strivings and how goal setting can impact on employee work engagement but also how it functions as a buffer against high work intensity.
It is another piece of evidence that clearly shows that the reasons why we pursue our goals really has a big impact on our overall well-being but also on our positive psychological functioning at work. Our goals – but most importantly the reasons why we pursue them really matters!!!!!
